Simplifying the membership program

Hi everyone,

I was dupposed to write that short one for a long time but I did not find the time and with the move that was pretty difficult. But I have been thinking of my membership program here on Substack for some time now.

I started it 2 and a half years ago as a complementary revenue but foremost to support that newsletter. People did invest in me here and renew esch year ever since.

When I launched I decided to create more content for members. But realized after almost a year that that was too demanding.

I want to sell Art, not content!

And then over the time many of the members left because I could not deliver that content.

So now, I want to simplify it. Here is the plan.

Support my work and this publication

The first tier is set at 5€/month. For this fee you support my work and this newsletter. You help me to keep going. You also get 15% on my shop for every order.

Something I launched and I want to keep is the WhatsApp group. So when you subscribe you get access to my WhatsApp group where I share pictures, videos and other stuff while working.

You can pay your subscription monthly and cancel ar every time.

For those who would like to pay annually, with is 50€. Same benefits.

Want more? Like prints or tshirts?

Then there is the third tier. You become a founder. The founder gets all previous benefits plus 2 surprise parcels a year with ½ tshirts and/or prints and stickers. I am planning right now the mid year parcel for the founders, next arrives around Christmas.

Also founders get 25% off the shop.

I don’t want to create more content but I am happy to send stuff twice a year so I want to keep it and focus more on the WhatsApp group.

I don’t promote too much the memberships but I think I will try to create a banner to put at the bottom of my posts so everybody knows better.
